On January 29-30, 2026, TOPTE with SEEKINK successfully convened 2025 Annual Review Meeting and Awards Ceremony in Taihe, Ji’an. Over 400 participants, including management and employee representatives from both companies, attended on-site, with branch venues in Germany, the USA, Vietnam, Shenzhen, and Ji’an connected simultaneously via video link. More than 700 individuals attended the meeting online and offline to listen to the reports.
1.Work Reports
During the work report session, leaders from various business segments including R&D, Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality delivered special reports on the 2025 operational targets, completion of key tasks, and plans for 2026. Xiao Xuming provided commentary on each report. Through a deep analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of each business unit, precise alignment with the company’s overall strategy, and systematic deployment of key breakthrough paths, he provided clear direction for the 2026 work plan.

2.General Manager’s Address
Xiao Xuming delivered a comprehensive speech covering the company’s operational overview, industry trends, strategic direction, and future action plans. He emphasized that the company remains steadfastly focused on the LCD display, touch display, and smart terminal sectors, dedicated to driving a better life through technological innovation. Facing an environment characterized by both saturated industry capacity and opportunities in niche markets, the company must firmly pursue a development path of focused cultivation and efficient synergy: In terms of global expansion, strengthen localized services and channel development in regions like Europe, America, South Korea, and Southeast Asia, building a secure and resilient supply chain system. Regarding market penetration, target key industries and core customers in power, home appliances, industrial control, automotive, and smart wearables, enhancing customer trust and market share through rapid response and customized services. In product and technology, continue to deepen expertise in monochrome LCDs, TFT/AMOLED, and touch module technologies, strengthen forward-looking R&D and differentiated product innovation, and increase the added value of solutions. For internal operations, persistently advance organizational flattening and digital transformation, optimize processes, improve efficiency, and build high-performance teams through talent development and incentive systems. Concluding his address, Xiao Xuming invoked Pantone’s 2026 Color of the Year, “Whisper White,” as an inspiration to all employees. It symbolizes a return to focus and calm amidst a complex and noisy market environment, uniting belief and clarifying direction. Facing the return of minimalism and the rise of the emotion economy, he urged the team to leverage clear objectives, streamlined tactics, and resilient organizational strength to collectively propel the company towards a new leap from steady growth to transformational ascension in the field of human-machine interaction displays.

Over the past year, 37 outstanding employees and 3 exceptional teams distinguished themselves, setting benchmarks with tangible achievements and collectively shaping the driven group portrait of 2025. During the awards ceremony, the company presented 12 honors including “Outstanding Team,” “Management Pioneer Award,” “Sales Champion, First Runner-up, and Second Runner-up,” and “New Customer Development Award,” recognizing their exceptional contributions in their respective fields.

In a ceremony marking the handover of responsibility and mission, leaders of core business segments including Sales, Profit, Cost, and Platform took the stage in turn to solemnly sign the Annual Operational Target Responsibility Pledges. This was not only a solemn commitment but also a weighty mission bearing the development expectations of the enterprise.
