1.Ultra-Thin Structural Requirements

To maintain portability, most AI smart note devices are designed with an overall thickness of approximately 6 mm or less. Under these structural constraints, the complete display stack — including cover glass, touch panel, and optical bonding — generally needs to remain below 2 mm.

However, many conventional 3.95-inch display modules currently available on the market typically range between 2.3 mm and 2.8 mm in thickness, making them difficult to integrate into ultra-compact device architectures.

2.Low Power Consumption for Small Battery Systems

Most portable AI smart terminals use batteries within the 500–1200 mAh range. For devices expected to support all-day intermittent operation, display power consumption becomes a critical factor affecting battery life and overall user experience.

As a result, display modules for these applications must maintain low operating current while still delivering stable visual performance.

3.Outdoor Visibility Under Strong Ambient Light

Portable AI devices are frequently used outdoors or in high-brightness environments, requiring a careful balance between brightness, power efficiency, and reflection control.

Using a 0.4 mm ultra-thin light guide plate and side-entry LED backlight architecture, the design achieves a significantly thinner profile compared with standard 3.95-inch LCD modules currently available on the market.

This ultra-thin LCD module design provides more flexibility for compact device integration.

2.High-Resolution IPS Display Technology

The module features a 720 × 720 resolution with IPS full-view technology and a pixel density of 258 PPI, delivering clear and detailed image quality.
