April 15-16 – The 52nd Electrical Instrumentation Exhibition was held in Zhuhai under the theme “Gathering Momentum in the Greater Bay Area: Innovating for a Zero-Carbon Future.” The event brought together key authorities including State Grid, China Southern Power Grid, and China Electric Power Research Institute, along with numerous industry leaders, to discuss technological trends and pathways for industrial upgrading in power metering, supporting the achievement of China’s “dual carbon” goals.
As a Holitech core subsidiary specializing in LCD display solutions, TOPTE made a strong appearance at the Exhibition. At the Holitech booth T131-T132, the company highlighted its portfolio of display solutions for State Grid/China Southern Power Grid meters, smart IoT meter display modules, data collector/special transformer display products, and international meter solutions. The showcase demonstrated TOPTE’s technical expertise and manufacturing capability in power display applications.
01 State Grid/CSG Single-Phase/Three-Phase Meter Modules: Stable, Reliable, Accurate
This module serves as the core human-machine interface for electricity meters, fully compliant with State Grid technical standards. It displays real-time consumption data, equipment status, and operational information. Featuring a segmented LCD and LCD + pin structure, it ensures stable connectivity and is designed for single-phase and three-phase meters. Key advantages include a wide temperature range, wide viewing angle, low power consumption, and excellent compatibility.
In terms of reliability, selected segmented LCD products can operate continuously in high-temperature, high-humidity environments with a service life of up to 16 years. They meet State Grid and China Southern Power Grid standards and have received certification from the State Grid Metering Center, providing solid assurance for energy measurement.
02 Smart IoT Meter Display Module: Innovation-Driven, New Standard Compliant
This module complies with the new State Grid standard Q/GDW11179.10-2023. It uses a multi-segment temperature-compensated driver IC and high-quality liquid crystal materials, making it adaptable to a wide range of operating environments. The 208×80 dot-matrix design clearly displays numbers, text, and graphics. Designed primarily for single/three-phase smart IoT meters, it offers a wide viewing angle, stable display under high/low temperatures, and high reliability.
TOPTE is actively engaged in the development of key 2025 State Grid and China Southern Power Grid projects, covering the full range of LCD screen development for 2025 smart meters, smart fusion terminals, smart IoT meters, smart rail-mounted meters, gateway meter terminals, and more, providing customers with efficient, one-stop solutions.
03 Data Collector/Special Transformer/Fusion Terminal Display Product: Reliable Transmission for Complex Environments
Designed for remote terminal collectors and Type II special transformer equipment, this product features a 160×160 dot-matrix module supporting numbers, text, and graphics. Equipped with a multi-segment temperature-compensated driver IC, it offers a wide viewing angle, high contrast, and strong anti-interference performance, making it suitable for demanding environments including high and low temperatures.
04 International Meter Products: Stringent Material Selection for Long-Term Durability
These products use low-power driver ICs, high-reliability LCDs, and polarizers, ensuring stability and durability over long-term operation in harsh environments. The modules are capable of displaying segments, dot-matrix, and alphanumeric content, and are mainly used in international electricity meters. Their simple structure, stable performance, strong anti-interference capability, easy installation and removal, and high reliability have attracted significant customer interest.
05 Group Leadership and Key Customer Visits
During the Exhibition, Hou Yan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Holitech Technology Co., Ltd., visited the T OPTE booth. He listened carefully to presentations on core product technologies, fully affirmed the company’s achievements in power display solutions, and provided strategic guidance on future meter product development.
At the same time, numerous key industry customers visited the booth.
